October Half-Term Programme 2026

Regents Park Time Bank October half-term 2026 family activities timetable, 27 to 29 October

Our free October Half-Term Family Activities Programme 2026 runs from Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 October 2026, for local families with children under 12.

Three days of free activities – science and fashion workshops, family multi-sports, a swing dance workshop, family trips to Hampstead Heath, London Zoo and Kew Gardens, and a Halloween fun day, with a community lunch at 1pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

What's on each day:

Tuesday 27 October – Science, Fashion & Swing Dance:

11am–1pm: Chemistry of Fashion with Dr Renee from Science Owl, plus Family Multi-Sports with Marcel from Supreme Ballers. 2–4pm: Science with the Crick, plus a Family Swing Dance Workshop with Simon from London Swing Dance. At Samuel Lithgow Youth Centre.

Wednesday 28 October – Family Trips:

11am–1pm: Kite Flying on Hampstead Heath with Heath Hands. 2–4pm: Winnie-the-Pooh at London Zoo, or the Hey Duggee Trail at Kew Gardens. All trips must be booked in advance. Pick up packed lunches from the Old Diorama Arts Centre at 10.30am.

Thursday 29 October – Halloween Fun Day:

11am–1pm: Spooky Tales with Tracy and face painting, plus Family Multi-Sports with Marcel from Supreme Ballers. 2–4pm: Halloween Party with party food, plus Archery & Games. At Samuel Lithgow Youth Centre.

Venue: Samuel Lithgow Youth Centre, 69/75 Stanhope Street, London NW1 2LD (Tuesday and Thursday). Breakfast Club from 10.30am for participants only.

New members are welcome but must complete an application form, available at our events or from our Join Us page.
