Regents Park Time Bank summer 2026 family activities programme overview

Our free Summer Family Activities Programme 2026 runs from Tuesday 21 July to Thursday 27 August 2026, for local families with children under 12 living on the Regents Park Estate, NW1.

There’s something on almost every day – storytelling, the Read to the Beat Summer Reading Challenge, all-day Thursday workshops, family trips and days out, multi-sports and community lunches (lunch is at 1pm).

What's on each week:

Tuesday mornings, 11am–1pm – Tales with Tracy:

storytelling for under 7s (plus Healthy Movers with Fatema).

Tuesday mornings, 10.30am–12.30pm – Family Multi-Sports:

in Regents Park with Supreme Ballers, on 4 dates only (28 July, 4, 11 & 18 August). Meet 10am at Dick Collins Hall.

Tuesday afternoons, 2–4pm – Read to the Beat:

Summer Reading Challenge. Read 6 books in 6 weeks!

Wednesdays:

family trips and days out (booking essential).

Thursdays:

all-day holiday workshops with a community lunch at 1pm.
