ART and STORYTELLING

with Rosemary Clunie, artist & author
Part of our 2025 Summer Reading Challenge!

It was a pleasure working with the children. They were all very gifted.

“Camden Giving recently awarded me a grant to run free workshops in Camden libraries, schools and community centres. My art and storytelling workshops are designed to stimulate children’s imagination and creativity, and their love of nature. They usually tie in with two books written & illustrated by me: Serena and the Little Blue Dog (shortlisted for The Week Junior Book Awards) and Serena and Laloolee Fly Away, recently published by Zephyr.”

2025 Summer Reading Challenge

Encouraged children to keep reading during school holidays & boost reading confidence.

Children completing the challenge received a medal, a certificate and entered into a draw to win one of many fantastic prizes.

RPTB linked up with Camden Libraries to deliver a series of Tuesday afternoon reading sessions with acclaimed guest readers & authors with lots of freebies!

Children were able to register at the sessions or at a Camden Library.

Making Pizzas and Tile-Making Workshops

AT THE STORY GARDEN

We visited the Story Garden on Tuesday mornings and took part in a wide range of different activities.

On our last visit we made pizzas and created lovely clay tiles with painted stencilled patterns with Global Generation staff.

Thank you especially to Jemma, Sophie, Chaneti and Carley from Global Generation, as well as members of Tunes on TAP who played their Ukuleles on two Tuesdays.
