RPTB organised another Community Meal on Sunday 26th January 2025 on a very wet and windy day with Storm Eowyn abating and Storm Herminia on its way with a vengeance! January can be a time of year when people can be feeling very low and worried about their rising heating and energy bills. 48 people had a lovely hot meal.
The event was very social, friendly and warm acting as a refuge from the bad weather. Marina and her very able team of volunteers prepared a hot, nourishing meal of chicken biriyani, vegetables & rice followed by apple crumble & custard. Tea, coffee and fruit juices
